At Primrose Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place your jewellery in its original branded box and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
